Children, cribs and beds
Children of all ages are welcome at Benjoy Hotel, and family rooms are part of the accommodation. Under the booking policy, guests aged 18 and above are charged as adults, so a family reservation should count older teenagers accordingly.
Cribs depend on the accommodation you select and are subject to availability, which means they cannot be promised for every room or every date. If you need one, raise it at the time of booking so it can be checked against the specific room.
Extra beds are not available. The bedding described for each room category is what that room provides, so larger groups are usually better served by the Superior Quadruple Room or by more than one reservation.
House policies
There is no age restriction for check-in. Pets are not allowed at the property, and smoking is not permitted anywhere, since the hotel is entirely smoke-free.
Parties and events are not allowed, and the hotel does not accommodate bachelor, bachelorette or similar celebration groups. The house is arranged around quiet nights, and the soundproofing works best when everyone is using the building the same way.
Cancellation and prepayment conditions vary by accommodation type. Because the terms attach to the particular room and rate rather than to the hotel as a whole, the exact conditions for your stay appear during booking.
During your stay
Free private parking is available on site and does not need to be reserved, so you can simply arrive and leave the car for the length of your stay. Free Wi-Fi covers the property, which makes both working and planning the next day easy from the room.
The accommodation includes air conditioning and heating, family rooms and non-smoking rooms, and the building as a whole is smoke-free. A terrace and a bar serve as the shared spaces, and an Italian breakfast is available during your stay.
